Whether you own your home site or have not yet made your selection, we will pick up where you left off. We often have available inventory of both homes and sites to tweak if that suits your needs more closely.
There are also several different ways to work the financing of your project. Through experience, we are knowledgeable and will inform you of the available options for your particular situation. And remember that although the custom building process may be new to you, we are here to make sure you understand how it works.
Once all of your ideas have been implemented into your custom home, you will meet with our design team to discuss any final changes before the building process begins. This allows for any last minute changes and assures everyone that we are on the same page before construction begins.
Over the years, Charter Custom Homes have established a team of top vendors for you to select your choices for tile, hardwoods, light fixtures, plumbing and the likes. Each of these vendors has designers on staff to aid you in making your custom selections.
Over the years we have worked with some of Houston's most renowned interior designers but that is a personal choice and not a necessity in the custom building process.
Closing on your home will vary depending upon the type of financing you have selected. There will be a thorough walk through of your home where all of the ins and outs are explained and you have an opportunity to ask questions regarding your new home.
