Homes is a family owned company building spectacular custom homes over

The construction of an upscale custom
home usually follows a period of significant financial planning by the
homeowner. At Charter Custom Homes, we feel they deserve the home they
are paying for and the home they want. To accomplish this, we believe
that close and accurate communication must be established from the
planning stages through completion of construction. We begin by working
closely with designers and the homeowner. Our objective is to insure
that everyone involved has a clear vision of the look and functionality
of the completed home. After the design is completed, the homeowner is
encouraged to become involved in the choices of materials and amenities.
During construction our priority is to assemble and carefully monitor
high quality subcontractors and suppliers. The management at Charter
Homes understands that our name will always be associated with the home
and that attention to detail is what separates the excellent builders
from the rest. Our last and highest goal is the total satisfaction of
the owner both at completion and in the years to come.
